Hot Tub Electrical

Scope of Work:

• Hot tub on site / work completed in one site visit
• Existing electrical panel has adequate space and capacity
• Provide and install (1) 50 amp/240 volt breaker in existing electrical panel
• Provide and install conduit and wiring from electrical panel to disconnect location, up to 50’
• Provide and install (1) 50 amp/240 volt GFCI hot tub disconnect
• Provide and install (1) 50 amp/240 volt flexible whip from disconnect to hot tub

Exclusions:

• Omissions or changes from information provided
• Corrections cited by local jurisdiction electrical inspector not related to hot tub scope of work
• Sheetrock removal and/or repairs for electrical access
• Underground conduit and wiring

Pricing:

For the sum of $3,295.00

Additions:

• Addition of GFCI service receptacle if required — $395.00
• Underground conduit and wiring in provided trench up to 25’ (trenching by others) — $995.00
• Second trip charge — $395.00

Electrical Service Upgrade

Breakers constantly tripping? Lights dimming when your blender turns on?

You may need to upgrade the size of your service. We’ll coordinate with your power company, rebuild your service drop and meter, and replace your existing electrical panel to match the new incoming service size.

We’ve got you covered. We’ll provide a 50-amp, 240-volt breaker, disconnect, and whip from the disconnect to the hot tub.

Electric Vehicle Charger

Purchased or thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle? Need to get a charger installed?

We can help with that! We’ll provide and install a 50-amp, 240-volt circuit up to 15' from your panel, and install a receptacle or make the final connection to your provided charger.

Knob and Tube Replacement

Have old knob and tube wiring in your home?

We can update it to current code and safety requirements for you! We will disconnect and remove the existing knob and tube wiring and provide and install new wiring and junction boxes. We can also replace the wiring to your devices, switches, and lighting.

• Per attic/crawl space area
• Wiring to devices, switches, and lighting available at additional cost
• Insulation covering existing knob and tube wiring should be removed prior to abatement
