We provide flat-rate pricing for certain residential services. If your request does not fall under one of these services, we can schedule one of our highly trained technicians for a service call on a time-and-material basis.

Our service rates are: a first-hour minimum charge of $240, and $170 per hour thereafter, in addition to materials and permitting as necessary. Most simple electrical work can be performed under a State of Oregon Minor Label permit for $75. Other permitting costs vary by municipality and scope of work.

Our technician will arrive with a van stocked with standard truck-stock items. However, due to the variety of electrical systems, additional materials may need to be acquired from a supply house to complete your project. These trips to the supply house are also billable.

By booking an appointment, you agree to schedule a technician to arrive on a time-and-material basis with a one-hour minimum ($240) to start work on your project, or to begin work on one of our flat-rate pricing items.

Electrical Service Upgrade

Breakers constantly tripping? Lights dimming when your blender turns on?

You may need to upgrade the size of your service. We’ll coordinate with your power company, rebuild your service drop and meter, and replace your existing electrical panel to match the new incoming service size.

Electric Hot Tub

Looking to install a hot tub?

We’ve got you covered. We’ll provide a 50-amp, 240-volt breaker, disconnect, and whip from the disconnect to the hot tub.

• Having the hot tub onsite is ideal.
• Trenching done by others.

Electric Vehicle Charger

Purchased or thinking about purchasing an electric vehicle? Need to get a charger installed?

We can help with that! We’ll provide and install a 50-amp, 240-volt circuit up to 15' from your panel, and install a receptacle or make the final connection to your provided charger.

Knob and Tube Replacement

Have old knob and tube wiring in your home?

We can update it to current code and safety requirements for you! We will disconnect and remove the existing knob and tube wiring and provide and install new wiring and junction boxes. We can also replace the wiring to your devices, switches, and lighting.

• Per attic/crawl space area
• Wiring to devices, switches, and lighting available at additional cost
• Insulation covering existing knob and tube wiring should be removed prior to abatement
